This is a tree in our front yard. We planted it a few days after Ashley graduated from college. Its growth was supposed to represent our prosperity, but as you can now tell it is not doing so well. The top is dead. Only the bottom is growing.
Is anyone a certified arborist?

How sad! I'm not good with outdoor plants, my flowers that I planted a few weeks ago are pretty much gone. I guess you'll have to cut it down and start over?
